Terrible agent. Was humiliated on a conference call with my insurance company trying to figure out why my insurance was changed to full coverage from liability without my approval. They told me the agent did this. What nerve! To make matters worse after the agent was asked to be released from the call he continued to hover like a snake! I said needless to say he was no longer my agent. He said that I was fired as a client and proceeded with more unprofessional antics. This poor lady was appalled and humiliated for me. I get the last laugh. She is writing an official report against this agency on my behalf. Do NOT trust these people.
This is absolutely the worse company I have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. While my insurance is the lowest, trying to get a direct quote and answer is horrendous. I am constantly told I will get a call back and do not. Instead I have to follow-up with them. This is very disappointing. I try NOT to write bad reviews but at this time I want others to know what you will experience. Yes your insurance may be less but you will not get a personalized touch. Sending emails from time to time when policies are about to change do not count. I prefer your honoring your word over the email.

They saved me hundreds when I initially switched and make it easy to keep all my proverbial insurance ducks in a row. Can't recommend them enough!!!
I cannot say enough how helpful Cole O. was during my time of need. I was in dire need of a new car insurance provider and Cole helped me find a lower premium that even included roadside assistance (my prior insurance did not).
