Wow! My husband and I dropped off a bunch of clothing about 2 months ago and one of these items were a very special shirt. It was a John Lennon shirt that we bought for about $140 in Las Vegas and we asked if they could clean it because it had a leather collar. They said that they are very good about looking at all precisely item and determining if they can safely be cleaned and that they could do it! We received a call a few days later saying that the shirt was ruined and it didn't handle the cleaning we'll. The owner said that he would replace the shirt and knew many people in the clothing industry and would contact us when he could have it replaced! We even sent him the exact description, picture and price of the shirt! For over a month we didn't hear anything from him or anybody from the store. We kept going back in there and left messages to no avail. Finally we got the phone number to call and spoke to a lady who was a partner of the store. She offered us store credit! After all that time we said that we wanted that exact shirt or the money that we paid for it! She assured us that she'd call us back immediately after she spoke to her 'business partners' and a week later there has still been noncommunication at all! We are at the point that we will now file a suit in small claims court for the cost of the shirt and all the aggravation of them not taking respnsibility for the damage that they caused to my husbands special shirt!!!

Wont go there again! I brought in two jackets that they said would be ready for pick up first thing in the morning in three days. When I went to pick up the items, they couldnt locate them. She finally located them in the computer mis-classified under wedding (which they certainly were not). They were at another location. They said they would bring them to that store in a hurry. However when I went back to pick them up in a couple of hours the store had closed early. So I went out of town without them. Go somewhere else if you want reliable service!
