This is one of the nicest places to shop for your pets in Madison. The staff is wonderful and super helpful. I've shopped at this location for years. The store is well organized and easy to navigate. And there's a huge parking lot with lots of carts available to use. They offer anything you could possibly need for any pet. Plus extra stuff to spoil them too.
Friendly staff and good service. Variety of dog food (and anything else you can think of for your pet!) is incredible.
Prices for practically everything in this store are about 1.5-2x higher than what you will find online. I bought a furminator for my dog for $15 while the same one in the store costs $50, so yeah.For some things like toys, the convenience is nice but I wouldn't really recommend anyone shop here unless you don't mind spending the extra money to save time.
This store is absolutely phenomenal. If you like to shop for your pets, then this is the place for you. I have not been to another pet store with this much variety. There are literally aisles of dog toys alone. Courteous and helpful staff. I've never had a negative experience here.
There are dependable on keeping food in supply and informing you of any changes. They have also been bringing in more reptile supplies at competitive prices.
