I work with Lynn Clark in the Business Travel department on a regular basis and have for many years now. She is great to work with and I couldn't imagine working without her! Lynn Clark has handled the flights for our mission trips to Africa since 2011. In that time, she has cared for us as if she was a member of our team. Every trip has been professionally done, yet each time it also felt as if she was personally invested in our trip. She has gone way beyond reasonable expectations to make sure that we had a safe and secure trip, even to the point of monitoring our return flights after hours while we were "out of reach" in rural villages, to ensure that our return home was smooth and stress-free. She is an exemplary travel agent and I would give her the absolute highest recommendation possible. She is outstanding! .
We went through Leslie (with some help from Torie) to plan our Puerto Rican vacation on September 15th. We stayed at a beautiful resort and had a great time, however, our resort kicked us out and suggested we evacuate to San Juan. We were supposed to fly out on September 20th which was the same day of the hurricane, so we were obviously not making that flight. Leslie called us every day, sometimes multiple times to check on us and make sure we were okay. She was also in contact with Delta on our behalf since we were somewhat disconnected after the hurricane. We had about 3 cancelled flights, but she helped get us off the island on September 25th. It was comforting to know that we had someone looking out for us. She provided us with the name of the hotel where we rode out the storm, information regarding shelters if needed, updates regarding flights off the island, etc. We eventually landed in JFK when I received a text from her saying, "Welcome back to the states." We got on our next connecting flight to Madison. I received another text right as we landed there that said, "Welcome home." It was late at night, and she was up checking on the flight statuses to check our progress until we made it home. I love that woman! For a service that cost $40, I was amazed at the level of service we received from Middleton Travel and have no doubt I would book my next vacation with Leslie!
