Have taken my dog Rocky to Dogtopia for several days of daycare and did one overnight of boarding. I was nervous about potential storms and leaving him overnight in a boarding situation as we had never done that. The staff was great about making me feel all would be good. And my dog had a great day of daycare and a good overnight boarding experience. We will continue to use them even though it is not the most convenient location from our home. I feel the little extra drive is worth it.
I love working with Dogtopia. They are very good about scheduling daycare and spa days for our dog. Our dog loves his play days in the toybox room. He has made many puppy friends. I would highly recommend Dogtopia!
Great doggy daycare always monitoring the safety of your dog. They make your dog take a behavior test before letting them be in daily doggy daycare which makes me feel like my dog is safe! I also hear them talk to owners while picking up their dogs if there were any incidents that day, which is great! Makes us all better owners
We love Dogtopia for our dog. We've been coming to Dogtopia for a little over a year now. We take our dog once a week and it gives him the exercise he needs and also the interaction with other dogs and people. I love that they have three separate rooms depending on the age and energy level of the dog. Our dog can also get his nails trimmed or a bath during the day which is a huge time saver! Plus, the staff are great and always friendly.
We take our rescue dog Abby to Dogtopia Madison West on average once per week for daycare, and she seems to enjoy it there. The staff are friendly and really appear to care about the pets, and the facility is always clean and fresh-smelling. When we pick her up, we often get a report on how her day was and whether she played with any new friends. (She can be a bit of a wall-flower in a crowd.) We haven't boarded her there since she has had occasional seizures so we don't want her unattended and they are not staffed 24/7. Otherwise we're very pleased with their care and service.
