We were able to sell our condo within a week of posting it which was great! It did feel fairly impersonal. For example, it seemed like they just wanted it to be sold and done whereas we wanted to negotiate. They also didn't remember that our offer was cash and were waiting for the loaning bank to plan the closing. All that aside, they were easy to use and did help us sell our home so I am happy!
