Spencer and his team were amazing to work with for the buying and selling process. They provided a stager to help us prepare our house for pictures and showings, and used a 3-D camera to take pictures and create a virtual tour for the MLS listing. Our house sold in one day! We received weekly emails with clear updates and checklists about next steps and what we needed to do to finish the selling process, and we felt completely comfortable reaching out to Spencer and his team if we ever had a question or concern. Spencer was also extremely dedicated to helping us find the perfect house for our family. Spencer was great to work with. We moved to Madison from out of state and were completely unfamiliar with the area.
